中厚板挤压成形力能分析及预测

摘    要:准确预测成形过程中的载荷分布,可有效降低模具在成形过程中发生偏载的可能性。文章以中厚板体积成形工艺中较为典型的挤压成形工艺为切入点,针对其与传统正挤压过程的区别,采用数值模拟方法对中厚板挤压成形力影响因素进行了正交试验分析,从复杂的影响因素中寻找出主因。通过对各主要影响因素加以分析,并借助于对试验数据进行归纳或统计的方法,分析建立了相应的力能计算模型,为中厚板挤压工艺及模具的优化设计提供理论参考。经实验验证,该力能计算模型的误差控制在15%以内,能满足工程计算的需要。

Abstract:Accurate prediction on the forming force distribution during the bulk forming process of sheet metal may help to reduce the possibility of producing eccentric load on the tool.Extrusion process as one of the typical medium-thick sheet metal bulk forming processes is introduced in this study.Referring to its difference with conventional extrusion process,the orthogonal experimental analysis on the influencing factors of the forming force is carried out with the use of numerical simulation to find the key influence factors.Then,with further studies on their effects on the forming force,a corresponding force computation model for the extrusion of medium-thick sheet metal is proposed as reference for process design and tool optimization.The experimental results show that the error of this model is under 15%,so it can meet the requirement in engineering design.
