| 摘 要： | 施工现场重大危险源动态控制是在危险源辨识、评价的基础上,按既定的安全目标和控制标准对施工现场活动进行监督、检查,发现超过可容许风险的危险源时立即采取正确的措施,防止危险源导致安全事故造成人员伤害或财产损失,使施工活动按预定的计划进行。危险源控制的目的,在于保证安全、减少安全事故。

| Abstract: | The job location significant dangerous source dynamic control is to monitor and supervise the job location activity on the basis of dangerous source identification and appraisal activities. Certain procedures are performed according to the fixed security goals and prevention standards. Once the surveillance and the inspection parties discovered dangerous sources that have surpassed the allowed risks, correct measure are immediately taken so that preventive measures are taken to prevent danger source from causing an accident, or injuries and property damages, so that the predetermined construction activity can be carried on regularly.The purpose of dangerous source control is to guarantee security and reduce possible incidents to the minimal degree. |
