石灰配合混凝剂处理降低净化后钻井废水的COD值

摘    要:钻井废水用硫酸铝类净水剂混凝处理后,COD值常不能达标。用CaO配合净水剂处理钻井废水,在净水剂用量不变以至减少的情况下,在室内和现场都获得了24小时澄清比上升、净化水COD值下降的良好结果。此方法已在川东钻探公司的井队推广使用。

Abstract:At drilling sites of the named Company the abandoned drilling mud is diluted properly with water and treated by Al_2(SO_4)_3-based coagulant (or plus a coagulant aim). Often the COD values of the purified waste water are still high. By using coagulant/limie combination the COD values are lowered by 10-60 mg/1 while the use level of the coagulant may be decreased.This way of waste water treating has been put into wide use at drilling sites in East Sichuan.
