甲硝羟乙唑的杀菌性能研究

摘    要:通过三步法合成了甲硝羟乙唑,在室内考察了该化合物作为油田注入水杀菌剂的各项性能。甲硝羟乙唑对硫酸盐还原菌有极强的杀菌能力,但对腐生菌无效,与其它水处理药剂配伍性良好,使滤膜因数增大,在使用浓度范围内不增加水的腐蚀性。从分子结构和生化特征初步探讨了甲硝羟乙唑的杀菌机理。

Abstract:Metronidazole (1-hydroxyethy1-2-methy1-5-nitroimidazole) is prepared by a three-step process and its properties in bactericidal use for treating injection water in oil fields are studid in laboratory. Metronidazole is very effective for SRB (anaerobe)but noneffective for TGB (aerobe). Its minimum concentration for SRB inhibition is as low as 0. 2-0. 3 ppm,or 50-133 times less than that with other chemicals including 1227 ,CPC,CPB,glutaldehyde, etc.lts use levelless than 10 ppm. Metronidazole has good compatibility with other water-treating agents, is practically non-corrosive in the concentration range of use level and insoluble in crude oil but adsorbs significantly onto filter bed. It will be a promising bactericide for SRB. The bactericidal mechanizm is discussed.
