摘    要:采用水溶液聚合法合成了MA(马来酸酐)-AM(丙烯酰胺)二元共聚物。考察了MA与AM的摩尔比、单体浓度、引发剂用量、反应温度与时间对共聚产物在泥浆中的性能的影响。结果表明,AM/MA(摩尔比)大于1/1.5时,共聚物可作为增粘剂和降失水剂;AM/MA,小于1/1.5时,共聚物可作为稀释剂。

Abstract:The copolymerization of maleic anhydride.MA,and acrylamide,AM,in aqueous solution is conducted at different condition (ratio and concentration of monomers,concentration of initiator,reaction temperature and presence of NaOH) and the copolymers obtained are tested in laboratory as mud additive in amount of 0.2%-0.3%.It is shown that the MA/AM copolymers with molar ratio AM/MA>1/1.5 can serve as viscosifier/filtrate-loss controller in clay mud and that with AM/MA<1/1.5 -as mud thinner.
