微硅水泥浆的研究和应用

摘    要:炼铁合金的矿渣微硅主要成分是二氧化硅,是一种凝硬活性材料,掺入微硅的水泥浆在国外已成功地用于漏失层和浅气层的固井作业。本文研究了微硅水泥浆的水灰比设计、密度计算、配方、热稳定性及综合性能,介绍了优选配方在现场的应用。

Abstract:The physical and physico-chemical characteristics of microsilica(a finely particulated by-product of ferroalloy preduction composed mainly of silica) and its functions as active admixture in cement slurriesa are introduced. The equations for calculating water-to-cement ratio and density of the microsilica-admixtured cement slurries are worked out.Five optimized formulations are presented with microsilica content 15-60% and water content 105-250%. These are high temperature resistant, have zero water separation, normal rheological behavior, low water-losses(13-182ml) and give strong and gas tight stone. The field tests in more than 10 well are all successful.
