低渗注水油田地层结垢的防治技术

摘    要:在油田注水过程中,水的不相容性会造成地层结垢。本文研究了油田注水地层结垢的化学防治技术,并根据矿场应用实例,对其效果进行了评价和分析。

Abstract:In some oil fields in Changqing serious scale problems develop in the waterflooded reservoirs of low permeability owing to inoompatibility of injedction and formation waters. This paper presents the methods and technologies for scale control in these oil fields,which have been put into use, as results of several research programs with illustration by examples. These are:(1) introducing selected scale inhibitor (s) at water injection stations at the beginning of water flood(the best way of reservoir scale control); (2) treating near-borehole zones in producing wells at the well bottom by squeezings special scale-removing fluids ; (3) applying at the well bottom moulded cylinder which slowly releases scale and paraffin inhibitors into flowing out produced fluids.
