| 摘 要： | 建立了板坯凝固数学模型且采取坯龄模型实现动态配水；通过模拟拉速的变化，说明了用于校正有效拉速的速度权重，以及根据目标温度来校正冷却水对坯龄模型的必要性；编制了动态与静态结合的配水系统软件并应用于现场；评价了动态配水的效果。

Study and Implement of Dynamic Secondary Cooling System for Slab Caster |

| Abstract: | A residence time model was developed to implement dynamic secondary cooling. It was found by simulating speed change that a parameter is needed to modify the effective speed and water flow needs to be adjusted based on the target surface temperature. Finally, a dynamic and static secondary cooling control system was founded, applied and evaluated. |
