耐磨擦硅橡胶涂层制备工艺研究

摘    要:硅橡胶用于电子产品的按键涂层不仅手感柔软,同时具有优异的防污、耐化学品腐蚀等性能,但其耐磨性能有待改善。文章对影响硅橡胶涂层耐摩擦性能的因素,如VMC(甲基乙烯基环硅氧烷)的用量、偶联剂的影响、交联剂含氢硅油的种类及用量封头剂用量等进行了研究,结果表明,制备耐磨擦硅橡胶涂层的适宜工艺条件为:VMC、封头剂的用量分别为7%和0.067%,加入偶联剂可以提高硅橡胶涂层的耐磨擦性能,交联剂应采用高含氢硅油。

Abstract:Silicone rubber coating was soft and exhibited excellent antifouling and chemical corrosion resistance properties, when it was used as keypad surface coating, but its wear-resistance performance remains to be improved. The influence factors on the wear-resistance performance of the silicone rubber coating were studied in the paper, and the results showed that the preferable process were: the dosage of VMC(vinyl methyl cyclic siloxane), end-caped agent(MM) was 7 % and 0.067 % respectively. The addition of coupling agent and the usage of hydrogen containing silicone oil with high hydrogen content, such as 1.64 %, improved the coating's wear-resistance performance.
