摘    要:介绍裂解气干燥器顺序控制和丙烯精馏塔的控制方案。顺序控制自动完成裂解气干燥和催化剂再生。催化剂再生分为:泄压、吹扫、加热、冷却、充压和备用几个阶段。丙烯精馏塔的控制通过调节回流量与丙烯采出量的比值来实现,从而获得高纯度的丙烯产品和保持丙烯精馏塔的平稳运行

Abstract:The sequence control of cracked gas dehydration and control strategy of Propylene rectifier is introduced.Sequence control can accomplish automatically dehydration of cracked gas and regeneration of desiccating agent.These generation has the following procedures :depressure,purge,heating,cooling,re pressure and standby.The control strategy of propylene rectifier is realized by regulating the ration of reflux flow to propylene production flow.Gonsequently both high purity propylene and stability of propylene rectifier are achieved.
