莱钢特钢50 t电炉用氧技木的实践

摘    要:在莱钢特钢50 t电炉上采用炉门水冷碳氧枪装置、油氧助熔/二次燃烧两用喷嘴及EBT氧枪技术,提高了电炉的用氧水平,降低电炉电耗130 kW.h/t、全程冶炼时间缩短到65 min,冶炼成本下降40元/t.该综合用氧技术对国内30~60t电炉的改造具有指导意义.

Abstract:Abstract: The technologies of the slag door carbon-oxy gen lance, the burner for both of oil-oxygen intensifying melting and post com bustion of CO and the EBT oxygen lance adopted in Laiwu Special Steel, improve the oxygen-using level of the EAF, reduce electric consumption about 130 kW ?h/t, shorten the tap to tap time by 20 min and cut down the melting costs by 40 yuan/t. These technologies are useful for revamping 30 ~ 60 ton EAF.
