摘    要:针对传统无极绳绞车的不足,设计了4JW-500型无极绳绞车,以实现4个抛物线形摩擦轮同步运转。该绞车具有整机布局合理、结构紧凑、承载力大、磨损小、安全可靠等特点,可双向作业,对绞车的创新与优化设计有重要意义。

Abstract:The 4JW-500 endless rope winch is designed for the deficiency of the traditional endless rope winch,with the four parabolic-shaped friction wheel’s synchronous operation.This winch has many features,such as proper redistribution,cramped construction,bearing capacity,little abrasion,safe and reliable with two-way operation,it’s significant for the innovative and optimal design of the winch.
