灯泡式水轮发电机通风冷却及温升计算研究

摘    要:灯泡贯流式水轮发电机定子的直径比一般发电机小,对发电机的通风冷却不利,因此通风冷却方式选择是灯泡贯流式水轮发电机设计的关键.本文通过计算分析确定一种贴壁式灯泡式水轮发电机通风系统结构、冷却器的形式、鼓风机的工作点等,确保将发电机的温升控制在允许的范围内.

Abstract:It is disadvantageous for bulb tubular hydrogenerators ventilation and cooling that the diameters are smaller than those of common generators. So the ventilation mode is the key-technology in the design of bulb tubular hydrogenerators. In this paper the structure of ventilation system, the type of coolers and the working spot of fan are fixed on for bulb tubular hydrogenerator by computing and analysing, the design ensures that the temperature rise is in allowable confine.
