| 摘 要： | 本文根据中小企业的特点总结了中小企业面临的障碍，运用博弈论的模型分析了中小企业进入市场决策企业战略的博弈拓展模式，对中小企业的填补战略、替代战略、免费搭乘战略、威慑战略进行了深入细致的分析，使得中小企业对自身的发展目标及达到目标的途径和手段进行总体谋划。

| Abstract: | The paper summaries the obstacles facing the medium and small enterprises according to their char- acteristics and analyzes the games spreading pattern for he medium and small enterprises to enter market deci- sion enterprise strategy by applying the mode of strategic management theory of games.The paper analyzes pro- foundly the filling-up strategy,substituted strategy and other strategies so that they can make general designs for their development goals,ways and means. |
