摘    要:[方法]16HBE细胞经0.0625~1.0 mg/L剂量的克菌丹染毒,通过观察染毒细胞形态及恶性表型鉴定,检测克菌丹诱导16HBE细胞的转化.[结果]克菌丹转化第30代细胞生长速度增快,对conA凝集敏感性增强,失去贴壁生长依赖性,电镜下可见明显的形态学改变,裸鼠体内形成肿块为鳞状上皮细胞癌.[结论]克菌丹可直接诱导16HBE细胞发生恶性转化,该模型的建立为克菌丹对健康损伤效应研究及其评价奠定了基础.

Abstract:[Methods] 16hBe cell was treated with captan at the concentration from 0.0625 to 1.0 mg/l and observed biological characteristics to ensure whether cell malignant transformation occurred.[Results] The 30th generation of 16hBe treated with captan grew faster,while its sensibility to conA and ability of growing in semi-solid agar also increased.The morphological change of transformed cells could be founded under scanning electron microscope and the pathology suggested that tumor formed in nude mice was squamo...
