中国酶制剂产业的现状与未来展望

摘    要:酶是一种专一性极高的生物催化剂,广泛应用于食品、纺织、饲料、医药、造纸等行业领域。作者分析了中国酶制剂产业的发展现状及其面临的主要问题,介绍了酶制剂在食品、纺织、饲料等领域的应用,并对中国酶制剂产业的技术发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:Enzyme is a biological catalyst with high specificity and has been widely used in food,textile,feed,pharmaceutical,paper and other industries.In this review,the current status and the existing problems of enzyme preparation industry in China were firstly analyzed,and then the applications of enzyme in food,textile,feed and other industries were summarized,and finally the development prospects of enzyme industry were outlined.
