上海宝地广场深基坑施工技术研究

摘    要:上海宝地广场周边环境复杂,施工中采用三轴搅拌桩止水,钻孔灌注桩和两道钢筋混凝土内支撑作围护结构,用二轴水泥土搅拌桩进行坑边、电梯井和集水井深坑加固。根据时空效应原理,确定了合理的开挖流程。结合采用信息化施工技术,确保了工程顺利进行。

Abstract:According to the geological condition and the complex surrounding environment in Shanghai Baodi's Plaza,three axes agitating pile is used as water seal structure and bored pile is used as enclosure structure.Two axes agitating pile is used in order to strengthen pit side,elevator shaft and collector well.Based on the space-time effect principle,the procedure of excavation is determined reasonably.Finally,combining with the information construction technology,the project is built successfully.
