老年双侧亚急性及慢性硬膜下血肿的低场MRI表现

摘    要:目的:探讨老年双侧亚急性及慢性硬膜下血肿低场MRI表现特征。方法:回顾性分析15例手术证实的老年双侧亚急性及慢性硬膜下血肿的0.35T MRI资料。结果:病灶呈新月形或梭形,MRI亚急性期和慢性早期表现T1WI及T2WI高信号,慢性期呈T1WI低T2WI高信号,信号可均匀或不均匀。2例增强MRI显示病灶无强化,可见强化皮质血管内移。病灶最厚处1.1-3.8cm,平均2.5cm。结论:MRI可准确诊断老年双侧亚急性及慢性期硬膜下血肿。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the low field MRI features of bilateral subacute and chronic subdural hematoma in elderly. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 0.35T MRI data of 15 cases of bilateral subacute and chronic subdural hematoma in elderly proved by operation. Results: The lesions presenting as crescent or fusiform. In the subacute and early chronic stage of the hematoma, MRI imaging showed high signal on T1WI and T2WI, in the chronic stage of the hematoma, MRI imaging showed low signal in T~WI and high signal in TzWI.The signal may be homogeneous or inhomogeneous. The enhanced MRI imaging in 2 cases showed no enhancement, with the enhanced cortical blood shifted inward. The lesion thickness: 1.1-3.8cm, with an average of 2.5cm. Conclusion: MRI can accurately diagnose bilateral subacute and chronic subdural hematoma in elderly.
