基于状态观测器的电力系统阻尼控制

摘    要:研究了基于状态观测器的电力系统阻尼控制器设计方法.建立了包含4阶发电机模型和3阶励磁系统模型的多机电力系统线性化状态方程,并计算出其矩阵A的特征值和系统阻尼比.通过观察系统的阻尼强弱,根据所要求配置的极点,采用全维和降维状态观测器方法,求出观测器增益和系统反馈增益进行反馈控制.该方法的优点在于不需要测量系统的所有状态变量.在4机2区算例中,求出2种观测器的综合闭环系统的零输入响应,通过比较估测值与实际值的变化情况,验证了该方法改善电力系统阻尼特性的有效性.

Abstract:The design of power system damping controller based on state observer is researched. A linear state equation model of multi-machine power system is built, including a 4-order generator model and a 3-order excitation system model,and the eigenvalue of its matrix A and the system damping ratio are calculated. According to the strength of system damping and the required pole assignment,the full-order and reduced-order observer design methods are applied to calculate the observer gain and system feedback gain for system feedback control. The proposed observer design does not need to measure all system states. The zero-input responses of the composite closed-loop system are simulated for a 4-machine 2-region power system and the estimated values are compared with the actual values,which show the power system damping characteristic is effectively improved by the proposed design.
