催化裂化烟气硫转移剂的开发与应用

摘    要:选用在与FCC催化剂物性相似的基体上浸渍活性组分的技术路线制备了硫转移剂,并在齐鲁石化公司催化裂化装置上进行了工业应用试验。结果表明;该硫转移剂加入量为3%时,烟气中SO2脱除率达到51.47%,NOx脱除率达到37.65%,且对催化裂化装置流化操作及产品分布、产品质量不会造成不良影响,是一种多功能FCC烟气硫转移剂。

Abstract:The sulfur transfer additive was developed for reducing the pollution from FCC flue gas.A carrier similar to FCC catalyst in physical properties was selected and the active constituent was dipped in it.The industrial application was carried out in the FCC unit.The results showed that the removal rated of SO 2 and NO x in flue gas were 51.4% and 37.65 respectively by adding 3% of sulfur transfer additive,and had no influence on the operation of FCC unit,the qualities and distribution of the products.
