聚丙烯腈/水滑石插层共混体系的结构和性能研究

摘    要:采用原位聚合法,以过氧化二苯甲酰为引发剂,在形成水滑石的同时单体丙烯腈进入其层间并发生聚合反应,制备出聚丙烯腈/水滑石插层复合材料.用红外光谱、扫描电镜和X射线衍射对这种插层复合材料的结构进行了分析和表征,并对其燃烧性能和热性能进行了初步研究.结果表明:在水滑石片层之间通过原位聚合的方法生成了聚丙烯腈大分子,使水滑石层间距有一定程度的增大.聚丙烯腈/水滑石共混复合物的阻燃性能有一定提高,其极限氧指数(LOI)从18%提高到了21%;耐热性能得到一定程度改善.

Abstract:Using in situ polymerization,the monomer acrylonitrile(AN)was intercalated and polymerized with benzoyl peroxide(BPO)as the initiator between the layer of layered double hydroxide(LDH).The structure of Polyacrylonitrile/layered double hydroxide(PAN/LDH)was characterized by Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray powder diffraction(XRD).Both the flame retardant property and heat resistant were investigated.The results showed that PAN has been prepared betwe...
