贯流式风口端头的锻造

摘    要:长期以来我国高炉风口寿命低,给钢铁工业的迅速发展以较大的限制。近年来设计了一种较先进的贯流式风口结构,在试制中又出现了纯铜风口端头整体锻压成形的困难。本文较详细地介绍了××厂在自由锻锤上从试制到批量生产贯流式风口端头的工艺过程、工艺分析及锻模结构。

Abstract:The short lifetime of blast tuyere had for long hindered the fast development of steelindustry in the past. Later on, a more advanced design of tubular blast tuyere was completed in the last few years. But during trial fabrication, the forging of pure copper tubular tuyere end socket as a whole proved to be very difficult. This paper details a process for trial and batch production of tubular tuyere end sockets by free ferging, with the features of the process and the configuration of the forging molds analysed.
