零件库应用等级模型的研究与实现

摘    要:对零件库多样化的应用现状进行了研究,提出了零件库应用等级模型PL-ALM,阐述了等级划分的依据、具体内容和不同等级零件库的渐进改进方案,建立了PL-ALM的数学表达模型,并开发了零件库应用等级的评估软件,该软件已应用于上百家企业,规范和提高了企业零件库的应用水平,取得了良好效果。

Abstract:Based on the study of the diverse parts library application status, such as classification principles, contents of the model and improved methods among different levels, it puts forward a Parts Library Application Level Model (PL-ALM), gives a mathematic expression of PL-ALM. A developed evaluation software, which has been used in hundreds of enterprises, proves that PL-ALM has good effect on standardizing and upgrading the application level of parts library.
