NiTi合金涂层的穴蚀过程研究

摘    要:本文采用磁至伸缩式穴蚀试验机研究爆炸喷涂NiTi合金涂层的穴蚀性能。试验表明,热处理对NiTi合作层的耐穴蚀性能有明显的影响,在180min的试验时间内,穴蚀失重差别可达到2倍。穴蚀形貌观察结果表明,未热处理涂层表现出严重的脱落现象。其原因是适当的热处理工艺可以有效地低涂层的热应力和机械应力,合金元素进行充分的扩散,提高合金成分均匀性,降低相应阻力,提高了NiTi合金涂层的超弹性,从而提高其耐穴蚀性。

Abstract:The cavitating property of NiTi shape memory alloy coating by exploding spray is tested using cavitating tester The results show that heat treatment can improve the anti cavitation property effectively The mass loss of the coating before heat treatment is two times higher than that after heat treatment in 180 minutes of testing The morphology of the cavitating surface is rougher and many deep and big valleys appear on the samples before heat treatment This can be explained by the mechanisms that the heat stress and mechanical stress are relaxed during heat treatment and the pseudo elasticity of the NiTi coating is improved by proper heat treatment because the alloy elements can diffuse adequately at higher temperature and the phase transformation resistance is reduced
