刀架旋转锁紧机构原理分析及优化设计

摘    要:通过对自动回转刀架的工作原理及结构设计分析,发现刀架的关键部件为旋转锁紧机构,运用控制理论和系统模型分析论证旋转锁紧机构的原理和失效,并对其工作原理和性能进行优化,研制出新的旋转锁紧机构,更换自动回转刀架失效部件,恢复自动刀架功能和精度,保证了宝钢钢管高精度管螺纹加工生产的稳定。

Abstract:According to the results of the research work, which is focused on function and structure of knife shaft, the key part of it is called circumvolve lock set kit. Based on machine control theory and control system model, this article demonstrate that the malfunction of circumvolve lock set kit caused the malfunction of auto - slewing knife shaft. Optimize the theory and capacity of it work. . Therefore, new circumvolve lock set kit is produced and taken the place of the old one. After this procedure the function and the precision is restituted. Meanwhile, the fixed system ensure the stability of high precision screw thread process of tube in Baosteel Steel-tube Corporation.
