摘    要:通过对遗传算法优化设计门座起重机变幅机构中齿轮-齿条传动问题的研究,得出遗传算法与传统优化方法相比具有全局寻优能力强,不需要导数信息和并行运算等优点。为了避免寻优过程陷入局部最优,该算法引入了相似尺度函数。计算结果表明,遗传算法能保证高效率的寻到问题的全避最优解和若干个局部最优解。

Abstract:This paper studies the problem of optimal design of gear-rack drives on luffing mechanisms of portal cranes,concluding the advantages of the genetic algorithm over traditional optimal design method such as better whole optimization characteristic,containing concurrent calculation and no need for derivation.To avoid obtaining partial optimal solutions only,the genetic method introduces similar dimension function.The calculating results indicate that the genetic algorithm can make sure to obtain both the whole optimal solution and several partial optimal solutions.
