摘    要:用亲水亲油树脂组成的系统对乳化油废水进行处理的研究。经过装置侧线实验研究表明 ,在液空速分别为 1.0、1.5、2 .0和 2 .5时 ,对油的平均去除率分别为 99.1%、99.2 %、78%和 94.6 %;对乳化油水浊度的去除率分别为 98.5 %、98.0 %、97.1%和 92 .5 %;对COD的平均去除率分别为 83.7%、89.1%、5 8.8%和 79.5 %,说明上述亲油树脂均能有效地去除乳化水中的油、浊度和COD。实验还发现 ,该亲水亲油树脂在进行处理时 ,pH对油、浊度和COD的去除率基本不产生影响。

Abstract:Using a series of water and oil amphiphilic resins to treat wastewater containing emulsifying oil. The pilot plant test results showed that when the liquid space velocity of the wastewater was 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5 h -1 , the average emulsifying oil removal ratio was 99.1%, 99.2%, 78% and 94.6%, degree of turbidity removed was 98.5%, 98.0%, 97.1% and 92.5%,and the COD removed was 83.7%, 89.1%, 58.8% and 79.5%, respectively. This indicates that the resins used can effectively remove oil, turbidity and COD from the emulsifying oil contained in wastewater. The test also showed that the pH values have little effect on the breaking of emulsion and the removing of turbidity and COD.
