摘    要:应用毛细管气相色谱分析七叶皂苷钠中有机溶剂乙醇、乙酸乙酯和甲醇的残留量;采用PEG-20M毛细管柱,FID检测器。结果表明,乙醇在0.0101~0.1009mg/mL,乙酸乙酯在0.0099~0.0999mg/mL,甲醇在0.0061~O.0606mg/mL的质量-体积分数范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数均达0.999。用毛细管气相色谱法测定七叶皂苷钠中有机溶剂残留量,操作简单,实验结果准确可靠。

Abstract:Capillary gas chromatography method wit sidual organic solvents alcohol, ethyl acetate and meth PEG-20M capillary column is used. The results show that a h FID detector for the determination of reanol in sodium aescinate is presented. A good linear correlation for the three solvents are obtained over the range of 0. 010 1~0. 100 9 mg/mL , 0. 009 9~0. 099 9 mg/mL and 0.006 1 ~0. 060 6 mg/mL, respectively. The correlative coefficients of the three solvents are over 0. 999. The method is easily operative and accurate for precise determination.
