汽机房屋盖空间结构设计计算

摘    要:当前的汽机房屋盖设计均采用平面模型计算屋盖结构所受的内力,未考虑风荷载等空间影响因素,对汽机房屋盖的空间受力响应特点也缺乏深入的探讨,对汽机房屋盖的空间计算已经成为了该结构的一个瓶颈问题。论文采用STAAD/CHINA软件包,对某实际工程的汽机房屋盖进行了空间整体结构弹性分析,考虑了屋盖结构和支撑构件在空间荷载下的协调作用,对支撑受力进行了计算,提出了横向水平支撑的选用准则,并对不同软件的计算结果,相同软件在空间模型下和平面模型下的计算结果进行了比较,着重分析了以往基于平面模型下计算的不当之处,以保证工程设计的安全性,可供今后类似结构设计时参考。

Abstract:Current design of roofing structure of turbine room usually adopts planar model to calculate internal force which does not takes account of wind or other space load and response of the roofing structure towards them, the space calculation has become a key point to this kind of structure. The paper adopts STAARD/CHINA software package to proceed the space integral st~'uctural elasticity analysis which takes account of the interaction of the roofing construction and bracing members under space loads, calculate the internal force of the braces and compare the results by different sofewares.Based on the results, some conclusions are deduced to ensure the safety of the structure on the designing of the roof framing system, which is a useful and valuable reference for designing similar structural systems.
