近年我国建筑施工安全状况与事故类型特点

为反映宏观安全管理政策和微观安全管理行为的绩效,以住房与城乡建设部公布的事故快报数据和全国建筑施工安全生产形势分析报告为研究对象,对近几年发生的安全事故的数量、事故类型、伤亡人数进行统计分析,并与数个国家和地区的相关数据进行了对比。研究结果表明,近年我国施工安全事故在数量和损失逐年下降的基础上,类型构成保持相对稳定。其中坍塌事故是我国多发、易发的事故类型,施工单位的实际技术能力对此类事故有直接影响。

The Characteristics of Accident Pattern and the State of Construction Safety in China in Recent Years

Focusing both on the flash report data published by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and on the analysis report of National construction safety situation, this article analyzes the statistics of the safety accidents in the number, type, and numbers of casualties in recent years. And it also compares them with the data of several other countries and areas. The results show that the number and the loss of the construction safety accidents decline year by year. Based on that, there is little change in the proportion of types. Among those, the collapse accident is the type with Chinese features, which is directly influenced by the practical skills of contractors.
