摘    要:高压、超高压输电线路的开关为分相开关,当对侧开关单相偷跳后,在线路负荷比较重、同时重合闸动作时间比较长的情况下可能引发系统振荡。此时,虽然系统运行于非全相状态,而本侧的距离保护却不能正确识别,从而在启动后进入全相运行的故障处理模块,当振荡中心在保护范围内时,就可能引起距离保护误动。通过分析对侧开关单相偷跳后本侧距离保护感受到的电气量特征,提出了一种针对对侧线路开关单相偷跳的判据,解决了距离保护可能误动的问题。

Abstract:HV and EHV transmission lines are equipped with split-phase breaker. If a longer reclosing time is setting in a heavy load line, the system may swing after the trip without fault of remote breaker. Although system is operating in a 2-phase state, the local distance protection can not identify it correctly. The normal fault processing program will be run after start-up, and distance protection may trip while oscillation center lies in its protection domain. By analyzing the electric quantities measured by local protection device, a criteflon is proposed to solve this maloperation with nice effect.
