燃油分配管结构强度仿真

摘    要:采用仿真与试验相结合的方法分析燃油分配管的结构强度.讨论模态分析及频率响应分析相关理论和燃油分配管的建模特点.采用Abaqus对燃油分配管实例进行数值模拟,分析燃油分配管仿真建模中网格划分、算法选择和阻尼参数等关键问题.仿真和试验结果表明:燃油分配管的1阶频率为320.22 Hz,频率响应分析的最大应力为330 MPa,说明结构存在风险;支架板加厚1.5mm后燃油分配管的1阶频率为524.00 Hz,同时,试验得到1阶频率为512 Hz,两者相对误差为2.3%,说明结构通过扫频试验.

Abstract:The structure strength of fuel rail is analyzed by the method of simulation combined with test. The theory of modal analysis and frequency response analysis and modeling characteristics of fuel rail are discussed. Abaqus is used to numerically simulate an instance of a fuel rail. The key issues such as meshing, algorithm selection and damping parameter are analyzed. The results of simulation and test show that, the first order frequency of the fuel rail is 320.22 Hz and the maximum stress obtained by frequency response analysis is 330 MPa, which indicate that the structure is dangerous; the thickness of the bracket is increased by 1.5 mm and then the first order frequency of the fuel rail becomes 524.00 Hz, and the first order frequency measured by test is 512.00 Hz and the relative error of the simulation and the test is 2.3%, which indicates that the structure passes the frequency test.
