高效铝合金牺牲阳极的研制

摘    要:在铝中添加合金元素Zn、Mg、In、Ga、Ca,利用正交设计方法,研制出一种高效的铝合金牺牲阳极,它在海水中电流效率达95.6%,电位为-1.09V(SCE)。探讨了合金元素的分布及作用机制。

Abstract:One type of aluminium alloy sacrificial anode with high current efficiency of 95. 6% and potential of -1. 09V(SCE) in seawater was developed by alloying aluminium with zinc,magnesium ,indium,gallium and calcium.The compositions were arranged by orthogonal design. X -- ray analysis indicated thet gallium distributed homogeneously,but indium and calcium precipitated out as secondary phase.
