铸造铝合金复合净化工艺的研究

采用＂沉降法＂和＂过滤法＂对富铁铝合金进行复合净化，实验得出了其最佳工艺方法．结果表明：采用复合净化法可有效地去除铝合金中富铁化合物，净化后合金的机械性能明显改善，且对合金无副作用。

A Study on the Compersite Clarification Method For Aluminium Alloy

We take unite sinking and filtering to dispose of iron-rich inclusions in aluminium alloy. Experiment finds the best technological method of composite clarification for aluminium alloy. The results have shown that composite clarification method can dispose of iron-rich inclusions in the aluminium alloy efficiently,the mechanical properties of clarificated aluminium alloy has improved observably. Composite clarification method also has no side effect on aluminium alloy.
