| Abstract: | The aluminium alloy wheels of motorcycles can be manufactured with liquid die forging instead Of die casting,so the defects of gas- hole in die casting are eliminated and the strength is increased. This paper will introduce die structure of liquid die forging of the aluminium alloy wheels of motorcycles,and the way of eliminating gas-hole of the surface after heat-treatment,and the method of ptoventing the aluminium cling to the die. |
