摘    要:介绍了RE元素对W6Mo5Cr4V2钢离子S、N、C共渗组织和耐磨性的影响。结果表明,RE对改善渗层组织、提高表面硬度、使渗层硬度梯度平缓,均可起到明显的作用。可有效地提高抗粘着磨损、磨料磨损的能力。

Abstract:In this paper the influence of RE elements on the microstructure and wear resistance of Ion-sulphonitrocarburizing was studied. The results showed that RE elements have an action on reforming structure,enhancing surface hardness and having a soomthly depthhardness gradient of cross-section of its layer.The adhesive wear and abrasire wear resistance of its layer can be improved.
