锻造后的冷却速度对T10钢球化退火工艺的影响

摘    要:研究了锻造后的冷却速度对T10钢等用球化退火加热温度和保温时间的影响。结果表明,随着锻后冷速的增大,等温球化退火的加热温度应适当降低,保温时间可以适当缩短。

Abstract:The influences of cooling rate after the forge on the heating temperature and time of apheroidized annealing of steel T10 was studied. The resulfs shown that heating temperature and time will be decreased proper withincreased of the cooling rate aftre the forge.
