服装产品开发企划探析

摘    要:运用先进的产品开发模式和科学的管理理念来提升品牌已成为我国服装行业发展的当务之急。文章通过多家服装企业的实习与调研,提出了服装产品开发企划的相关概念,及符合国内服装企业运作的产品开发企划策略,构架了实施产品开发企划的流程和模式,为企业实施品牌战略提供参考。

Abstract:After China's entry into the WTO,the foreign brands have entered the domestic market in large scale.Under the external circumstance of the fierce competition,what is urgent for the development of domestic apparel industry is how to use the advanced product development mode and the scientific management conception to achieve the brand promotion.After the practice and investigation in many clothing enterprises,the authors propose the concept that is related to the clothing layout and the product layout strategy correspondent to the domestic clothing enterprises' structure and the frame of the scientific product development procedure and mode,providing the theoretical foundation and operating means in order to succeed in the brand strategy.
