| 摘 要： | Microsoft发行的多达24种本地化语言版本的Windows2000操作系统都基于同一个内核,其内嵌的国际化支持特性,使得开发人员不必编写复杂的专门的代码就可以非常容易地创建全球化的应用程序。文章对Windows2000的国际化支持特性作了深入地探讨,并给出了使用.NET框架创建全球化应用程序的关键技术。
