用于纯电动车的无刷直流电动机控制系统设计

摘    要:针对一辆采用电子差速的四轮独立驱动电动车的驱动要求,以Infineon公司XC164单片机为核心,给出了一套完整的4个无刷直流电动机联合控制设计方案,介绍了该方案的电动机控制器间通讯原理,及电动机控制器硬件设计、PI算法及软件设计,并通过自累加启动策略解决了把转速作为控制对象与低启动电流之间的矛盾,最后通过实验证实了自累加策略的有效性。
