油溶性茶多酚硒三角轴向配合物的合成及光谱分析

摘    要:在乙醇溶液中采用快速反应相转移法,在n(油溶性茶多酚)∶n(Se4+)=4∶1,pH=3.0,反应温度40~45℃,反应时间20 min条件下合成了油溶性茶多酚硒配合物,产率52.33%。配合物的UV谱,λ/nm:651.5,422.0,273.0,262.0;FTIR,ν/cm-1:3 422.19,2 920.62,2 851.05,1 705.42,1 615.42,1 514.42,1 466.16,1 376.90,1 228.85,1 047.74,716.84;1HNMR,δ:0.781,1.191~1.587,2.151~2.165,2.476,3.122,3.970~3.984,4.978~5.953,6.531~7.331;XRD,2θ/(°):3.689 3,4.111 9,7.135 2,11.859 7,15.619 1;确定该配合物为三角轴向多晶混合物。

Abstract:In ethanol solution,oil-soluble tea polyphenols and Se4+ in molar ratio 4∶1 reacted at pH=3.0 and 40~45 ℃ for 20 min to afford the title complexes through phase transfer method.The product yield is 52.33%.They were characterized by UV absorption spectra(651.5,422.0,273.0,262.0) nm,FTIR(ν=3 422.19,2 920.62,2 851.05,1 705.42,1 615.42,1 514.42,1 466.16,1 376.90,1 228.85,1 047.74,716.84 cm-1),1HNMR(δ=0.781,1.191~1.587,2.151~2.165,2.476,3.122,3.970~3.984,4.978~5.953,6.531~7.331) and XRD analysis(λ/nm=3.689 3,4.111 9,7.135 2,11.859 7,15.619 1).The stereo configuration is a center selenium ion with four or five ligands.
