恒流量往复泵泵阀工作理论研究

摘    要:泵阀是往复泵的关键部件,对恒流量往复泵的性能有着重要影响。由于泵阀的工作过程极其复杂,一般不能用简单的方法来反映其运动规律,在忽略阀盘质量的 情况下,分别建立了在稳定状态下,非稳定状态以及是否考虑魏斯特法尔现象时阀盘运动微分方程,并给出了其解析解,分析了阀盘运动位移,速度和加速度变化规律。

Abstract:Pump valves as the key part have an important effect on the performance of constant discharge reciprocating pumps. Because of the extremely complicated working process, the movement of valves can not be studied with a simple method. In this paper, without considering the mass of the valve plate, the author has set up the kinematic differential equations, and given the analytic solutions, and analyzed variational laws of the displacement and velocity and acceleration of the valve with consideration of steady state and unsteady state and Westphal phenomenon.
