雪崩晶体管在纳秒脉冲驱动电路中的应用

摘    要:介绍了一种可用于半导体激光器、高速摄影、信号处理以及激光雷达的纳秒脉冲驱动电路。利用晶体管的雪崩效应,通过两级雪崩晶体管阵列,得到了7ns、6A的大电流窄脉冲。并对触发脉冲的获得、电路板的印制进行了简要的介绍。

Abstract:A nanosecond pulse driver which can be used in semiconductor laser, CCD controller, signal processing and laser ladar was introduced. Such generator outputed current impulses of 7 ns wide and 6 A high from the two-stage avalanche transistor matrix using the avalanche effect. The trigger pulse generator and printed circuit board were also presented.
