| 摘 要： | 为解决斜井防跑矿车制动性差的技术难题,设计了一种新型防跑矿车,矿车装有自行设计的连杆增力离心制动器,可对矿车速度进行监测,当速度超过设定值时,制动器对矿车产生制动作用,使其保持一定速度。对该制动器进行了运动学和动力学分析,论证了该方案的可行性,并介绍了该设计方案的技术特点。

| Abstract: | To improve braking performance of anti-running-away mine car during inclined-shaft transport,a new mine car is designed,which is equipped with force-amplify-linkage centrifugal brake,which can detect the speed of the mine car,when the speed is higher than given speed,the mine car will be braked.Kinematics and dynamics analysis of the brake is performed,which demonstrate the feasible of the design.The technique characteristics of the mine car are introduced finally. |
