对铁路专用线EPC总承包设计工作的反思

从普光气田铁专线EPC项目管理角度,认真反思EPC模式下设计工作的经验教训,总结了设计企业在EPC设计管理中,要坚持“两个转变,五个设计”,即转变观念、转变角色、精准设计、精心设计、精细设计、动态设计、超前设计,不断切实解决设计、施工脱节问题,以达到缩短工期、降低投资、保证质量的目的。

Reflection on the EPC general contract design work of the special railway

The author commences on aspect of the EPC project management of the Puguang gas field dedicated line, gets reflection on experiences and lessons of the design work on the EPC model, concludes that EPC design management the design enterprise should insist two changes and five designs, those are change review, change role, precise design, careful design, fine design, dynamic design and advance design, and solve the disjointed problem of the design and construction continuously, so as to reach aim of shorting construction period, decrease investment and ensuring quality.
