摘    要:主要叙述钢铁工业自动化的发展及趋势,从简单模拟式单回路小闭环自动化系统到电子计算机控制、计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)和网络集成制造系统(WIMS),直至现在的智能化与无人化系统,所有这些发展阶段都离不开检测仪表。文中列出了钢铁生产13个工序专用检测仪表的需求,叙述在线成分分析传感器的工作原理、现状以及存在的问题,最后给出如何有效开发相关传感器和仪表的几点意见。

Abstract:The progress and trend of automation for iron and steel industry are mainly described from simple simulated type and single loop small close-loop system to computer control,CIMS and WIMS.Nowadays,it is entering to intelligent and unmanned system step.Measurement instruments are necessary in all development stage.Requirements of special measurement instruments for 13 processes of iron and steel production are listed.Principle,present situation and existing problems for supervisory quality sensors are described.At last,how to develop effectively is discussed.
