| 摘 要： | 电力三维电子沙盘是依托于数字高程模型DEM（Digital Elevation Matrix）、数字正射影像DOM（Digital Orthophoto Map）、电子地图数据DLG（Digital Line Graphic）组成三维基础地理影像平台，采用GPS卫星定位技术，将电网设施精细建模后精确分布于三维地理影像平台，并集成相关电网信息，形成模拟现实和高信息化的数字电网。
