高速钢复合轧辊研究的进展

摘    要:高速钢用作轧辊材料使冷﹑热带钢工作辊寿命得到大幅度提高.介绍了几种高速钢复合轧辊的制造方法,并对各种制造方法的特点进行了分析.认为高速钢复合轧辊今后研究应以高速钢的成分设计﹑生产工艺和设备的改进及优化复合界面结构为重点.

Abstract:The high speed steel (HSS) as a roll material significantly increased the service life of hot and cold strip milling work rolls. Several ways for making HSS compound rolls are introduced and the characteristics of each way analyzed in this paper. It is suggested the study of HSS compound roll should be focused on composition design, produce techniques and equipments and the optimization of interface structure.
