控制超深冲钢碳含量的生产实践

摘    要:  介绍了攀钢冶炼IF4钢转炉、精炼、连铸过程中化学成分的冶炼控制技术及控制水平,对超深冲钢IF4中碳含量的控制技术进行了详细分析,为IF钢的生产提供指导。IF钢的成品碳质量分数平均降低到18×10-6左右,取得了明显的效果。

Abstract:The controling technology and level of chemical compositions for IF steel in converter steelmaking process, refining process and continuous casting was introduced. the extra deep drawing IF4 steel’s control technology of carbon content was analyzed detailedly which could be guided the manufacture of extra deep drawing IF steel. The average carbon content was reduce to 18×10-6 in final product, the metallurgical effect was obtained obviously.
