铸造铝合金熔体处理研究

摘    要:综述了铸造名合金熔体洁净度、疏松、力学性能三者之间的关系,氢含量主要决定了洁净度,提高熔体洁净水平已成为生产高品质铝铸件的关键;在熔体处理时气泡浮游法是被广泛采用的铝液除氢净化(精炼)技术,论述了完善与发展这种技术的主要动向。

Abstract:Melt purity-porosity-mechanical properties relationships in casting aluminium alloys have been reviewed in this paper. Content of hydrogen was determined by melt purity Accordingly, improving melt purified level is essential to produce high quality products. The method of H removal of aluminium melt by bubbles floatation shall be use yet in a wide range. The paper yet show the main trend of improvement and development of this purification technology.
